I would worry about the RPM not the boost i dont think you will be able to turn a 30 pitch i had the same boat with a blower motor and ran a 28 bravo out of the box not labbed and ran mid 90"s at about 5,800 Rpm, 4 to 6 psi sounds about right in most blower motors. try a prop out of the box if one is available. you could also take the hook out of the bottom to get a little more speed if you have real trim tabs or k planes.
You can probably call whipple and speak with dustin.

Thanks Tony, i think I'm going go buy a 28 no lab and try it, or maybe borrow one, I have crap for tabs but looking at getting bigger for sure, these stock ones are junk.

That a sweet looking boat ! What ind of speed do you think I can get once I'm set up right, I was thinking low 90s

Maybe someone can help, my boat stopped throwing water ( not sure what this is called ) spits like a out drive motor, part of the cooking system, any I noticed there was very little coming out, im took the rubber hose off and there was a little piece of debri, looked almost like bamboo, shaped like a pencil erraser, I removed it and water is now flying out of ther, however, my water temp is running hotter now at idle, at plain it fine. Any ideas what this might be?
