Commentary: The Spin on 190

So what your saying is that we have one turbine powered mystic doing exhibition laps alone on a race course, while we have multiple turbine mystics racing at an exhibition event... or am I just dyslexic

I still doubt that they were actually going 190mph. We all know that the boat is more than capable of doing it, i just doubt that they were.
Obviously they were going too fast for the conditions present, but let's be serious here, aint no way that boat is going to stay water side down at that speed, while spinning three times, and with no one even getting so much as a scratch.
If someone who was in the boat gets on here and says "yes, we were going 191mph when we spun three times" then i will believe it, but I sure as hell aint believing a bunch of spectators. Most of them probably just heard that the boat can run over 190mph so they assumed that it was going that fast.

has the alleged spin out been confirmed,or is speculation running rampit?i find it hard to beleive that any boat running 190 mph could spin 3 times and not crash.i cannot beleive anyone with a boat of that caliber would be going in a turn at 190 mph.i don,t know the owner of my-way,but im sure he respects the speed the boat is capable of doing. 190 mph boats are few&far between, and my guess is the owner of the boat didn,t start out in a 190 mph boat.i would think that if the incident occured,a lot of people would have seen it happen.

I think that a lot of people are missing the point. Does it really matter whether the speed was 190 or 140? It's obvious that whatever speed the boat was going, it was too fast for the conditions and surroundings. Nobody was hurt, and this serves as a good reminder for us all the next time you crack the throttles open.
