Looks like I found an engine, coming from a boat that was getting something bigger. If the guy can get the shipping straight, it should be here in about a week. I wasn't even planning on getting this far this season, but there is a good chance it could at least get wet for some testing if things keep going smooth.

you are wasting your time with that orbidal polisher..you need to go at the boat with a compound to get rid of the oxidation thats on the surface of the gel...do a section and put the boat outside for a couple weeks and the sun will dry out the silicone thats in the polish you are using and it will look like it did when you first cleaned it...you need to use a buffing compound like aquabuff 1000 then wash and follow with aquabuff 2000,,then you can polish it then use colonite wax to protect it...all your doing now is wasting your time..just tying to save you the extra work...

...and acc switches do anything?
Do all three of the transom lights come on at one time, or can you just have the center one on?
I'll need to go back through my books, but I think by regs there is only suppose to be one transom light while underway, but I think the three can be lit when at anchor. Not sure about that.
OK, collectable!
PS:
Not sure, but I think your boat is a Webbcraft by Concorde, and Concorde is still in business.
What are the first three symbols of the serial #?

take your time and look for the mate to your engine and dont be cheap about it..the engine you posted looks to be out of a cruiser and may not be a mag engine..ask for better pics of the intake manifold..try to buy a engine that is in the inner states and not coastal states to avoid salt water engines...

They were called a Webbcraft Concorde, built by Webbcraft, in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Is that a 27 or a30 they made both. I had a 27 with twin 330hp 454 mercs back in 1988. They went out of business in the early 90s. Built a hell of a lot of smaller 18-24 footers in their day.

Still cleaning. I did manage to find a pair of the original Webbcraft emblems, not perfect but they with clean up nice. They look worse than they really are, but they are at least in one piece! An engine is in transit. All in all, there is progress! BTW...the picture of the emblems is not my boat, it's the donor boat.. Even before I started cleaning mine didn't look that bad...hahahaha
