If you have the time search the forums.....I doubt you do because you're actually doing something (building boats) instead of sitting behind a keyboard lobbing grenades over the fence. It's the same naysayers saying the same negative things about this powerboat for the last decade... Meanwhile, some of them don't even have running powerboats or could never afford to own one of these powerboats to begin with. I would say; just do you thing and keep putting out nice products as you've done for many decades. This powerboat will prove itself in the end and the owners of these boat(s) will be the ones to judge how well the boat run. |
There is no grenade lobbing. Also no pics of the build process (despite an armada of highly qualified OSO photographers up to the task) No video yet of it running in 6 ft plus seas, where it is supposedly intended to operate. Those are dangerous, difficult water conditions & some people would like more info on a newly introduced powerboat than quoted top speed, price, fancy paint & smart azz comments. As always looking forward to more pertinent info. Carry on.

I get that some of the new ones it is up against are out of its league. But I'm wondering if it could be considered a pretty good bargain for a new 41' hull. As far as build quality/strength I'm pretty sure that you can't loose 4000lbs and be as strong as the Apaches, but I'm pretty sure Sunsation and others have shown most buyers aren't going to treat their boat like some of those Apaches get treated. I think even most Apache owners won't do it. Unfortunatly so far, no one has come on here and clairified the prices of the new boats. The kind of guys who know this info probably find all this arguing rather pointless and avoid these threads. I thank offshorexcursion for trying. |
