We stated driving six hours to come in 1994 a few weekends a year. Picked up until it was every weekend the last three years. Then I left a 16 year Federal career to live and work here full time after my wife was offered a job at the hospital.
I've boated S. Florida and Havasu too, LOTO is still my favorite. You can't beat the prices, destinations and boats on the lake.

I live on LOTO, just got married only had a few days to "get away" decided to take an Outerlimits to Table Rock. The lakes are very different!! Granted we were there during the week but there really isn't much to do on the water (bars, houses to look at, etc) We enjoyed the scenery and toured the entire lake, even went to Arkansas. Coved out as the few bars were closed. Got off the lake and hit Branson or the Landing each night which was the highlight. It was nice to relax, however I am glad to be home to LOTO!! We are lucky to have both to chose from!!
