Yes the St.Joe river and Morrison channel are way down I hit bottom in a dinghy not to far up from Clem in St.Joe. Docking at pier 33 I think would be a problem cuz most the slips are either owned or rented for the summer. St.Joe boat house has some docking but they probably wouldn't like people docking there then going to Clem. South Haven Clem has probably 50-60 slips like 2 or 3 blocks away and across the river maybe another 50-60 slips a little longer walk but could stop at Captin Luis and and refresh on the way but not a bad walk might take like 10-15 to walk there

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help out

I vote September also not June. I also seem to remember the water calmer in June and rougher in the fall but you never know with lake MI. It can be glass one day and rough the next. I also like the fall so if you break you have all winter to fix. And if its rough, someone IS going to break.
Plus I will challenge a 33 Cat in the rough, something really low profile with a center pod! :lolhit: |
