This is called Roof (pentroof combustion chamber) Hemi is derived from ,, Hemishpferical ,,
People that see a spark plug wire entering a valve cover automatically think its a Hemi ,but its not like that at all.
Also the sophisticated valvetrain is what has been used for more that 50 years now by Mercedes ,BMW,Audi,most Asian cars etc ,and is called overhead camshaft and is no biggie .
The Smartcraft is just a CAN BUS network system that is been used for almost 2 decades by Mercedes ,and is a great system ,wich saves a lot of wires.

No need to call anyone Dude ,the source you had was wrong ,this 1350 has no Hemi style heads no matter who says..
