also on the insurance comment. just cause you do something stupid does not mean they don't cover you.... people drink and drive. and insurance still has there back. that's why once you get one you pay our your ass, same with tickets. this guy was at the wrong place at the wrong time, but accidents happen.

also he made it back to the dock, so again how you going to prove its HIS BLACK 43 DONZI that was in that video? granted we all know, and they will know. but in court its what you can PROVE. that goes for insurance, and warranty's.

its not against the warranty to take int he ocean is it?, or go over a wave? do they nomericly limit the size of seas the boat is covered? if so , again how you PROVE this was the boat in the video, and not someone else? unless he has hospital bills, tow bills Ect from the same time period/ place. but still does not PROVE with out a doubt it was THAT boat in the pic. with out the proof the video is through out of court is admissible evidence. and thus you have a boat, that was in the ocean and broke in half...

that does not mean every silver ZO6 cant file a claim cause there is a video of one doing something stupid, on a track. unless there is evidence proving it was A CERTAIN silver vette, on a track (which normally give insurance an out) doing it then you can say it was not you. and prove your case the other way.

Why TF should Donzi be expected to pay for that? It was an accident. His insurance should pay but they will no doubt try to weasel out of it. Especially if it's Progressive...

Donzi is (actually was) semi-custom and they do a lot of one-offs. There is only one boat like that one so your silver 'vette reference is moot.

Our court system follows a reasonable standard. Even without the video it's pretty reasonable that the boat was abused in some way.

there is more then one 43 black widow donzi.

the video does not prove trips, or twins. and would be completely debatable in court. just saying.
