It is very likely the person posting that info can not clearly define "tree bumping" with absolute 100% confidence. This is without mentioning stories and/or rumors can and do get twisted especially when the source is questionable at the very best and there may very well be underlying motive for the story/post. If I was looking at this boat or any boat, ask the dealer what they know about the history, condition, etc. I'm sure the PBC folks would discuss what they know for certain as fact.
