We have a handful of Cig owners around here that are more than obnoxious. Most of them are rocking 20+ year old Cig's thinking their Big pimpin'. In other words the poor schmucks can't afford a new cig but still think their cool with a "1" on the side of their boat. The "history" with Cig gets a bit much.....The 80's & 90's are a distant memory no need to relive 30 years of history at the lake every weekend. If you want to support the brand buy a new cig & most of those owners are completely fine, its the " I wanna be in the Cig club" people that are so annoying. No you don't have any money if you have to buy a 20 year old cig. |
HAHAHA........
That's pretty funny stuff..... |
classic! lol

Don't rule out the Berlinetta Camaro;
a sheep, in sheep's clothing. Yes, upping the power. Fastest it has been was about 75 mph, on the trailer coming back from Dave's shop. Doesn't it take about 7,500 hp to make these things hit 90? I only had about 400 in the truck..... |

I wonder how all those fountains won so many offshore races. Those guys must have been wearing Michelin Man marshmellow suits and had Trucker Air seats. |
lol

I opted for the "90" theme, minus the "9" as is boat currently goes ZERO, that's why I only got the rear half of the paint job!!!! |
i thought it was "italian retard out cruising"

Both would work for Joe...

I wont deny it. Where I come from, if you were a cool guy, you had a IROC, GTA, or Grand National. And most important, you had T-Tops, wore a white dago Tee, and your hair was gelled, and it was assumed you sold dope for a living. If you had a Mustang LX, you were a broke hillbilly.
|
Looks like the idea is already catching on...I hear this boat can now run through 6 footers with ease, and evidently looks 10 feet longer at the dock. Crockett and Tubbs approve...

And your Camaro or TA wasn't worth a crap if it didn't have the 5.7 either. |

Heck, even a Monte Carlo with T-Tops outranked a Mustang. I grew up in NW Indiana and miss my T-Top Monte everyday.
And your Camaro or TA wasn't worth a crap if it didn't have the 5.7 either. Monte's were cool, as were the 442 Olds, but they just never had a engine that had any Balls from the factory. Maybe if they would have carried that body after 87 they woulda offered the 5.7 TPI. A buddy of mine just a few months ago picked up a 92 Mustang LX. It has 2k original miles. Literally 2k. Looks and smells showroom. First thing he said when he got it, "what a dog"!! They seemed much faster back then. But I suppose today, when a family suv does 0-60 in 5 seconds, it would feel like a dog. |

YES! I remember my buddy bought a 91 Camaro RS. It looked cool, as it was white. But it had a 305 TBI, not even TPI. It was a TURD!

"ya but I can do 60 in anything" when honestly so can I, cause 60 is 3200 rpm :D Maybe the cig is better in 8-12 footers, but I don't boat the great lakes in November so I don't care. I wanna go fast when it is nice out, ya know, 95 percent of the conditions we see while boating. |
That checkmate is pretty cool! It's really funny that it popped up for sale at this time.
|
I remember back in the day... I bought a 1982 Camaro V6 first year of the new body style, I put keystone klassic's with 60's all the way around, louvers, head light covers, alpine stero.... man, i thought that thing was cool. First new car I ever bought... speaking of headlight covers... How about some more pic's of the wife ICDEDPPL...

BULLCHIT! We all know you drove a Celica hatchback with Kraco speakers rolling around in the back; carrying on about how great your stereo sounded. :helmet: :evilb: :drink:
Man, I forgot about kraco! I remember a guy on this lake that had the surface mount Kraco speakers tucked on the dash of his 32 AT back in the day. The speakers almost sounded as bad as the diarrhea that spewed out of his mouth when talking about boats. You AT owners make fountain owners seem modest |

That's a TRUE 26!! If you are boat shopping, that would be comparable size wise to a 35 Fountain. You have to subtract 6FT for the beak, and 3ft for the platform.

Screw Kraco. If you were really cool you stuck your Realistic home stereo speakers behind the bench seat of your truck. .

Or you stuck them in the back window! Man, I haven't heard Kraco in years... If I look hard enough I might be able to find the realistic's some where in my attic  |

Chevy wasn't the only IROC. Although I am pretty sure this one came with a box of tampons

Name says it all.
Cool boat. Although, with the original 454/425HP TRS package, not sure it lives up to the 90MPH paint job. http://boats.iboats.com/1993-cigaret...un/301394.html |

lets not forget the Escort EXP ...the race car of that model ... drove one of those all the way from IL to Fl while in college but I was cool back then
