"They" aren't running for promotion, it was purchased to race and is being rigged and set up by someone who knows how to win...it may take until next season to dial it in, but it WILL be a contender! Not because of factory support but because of many long weekends and dedication to making it happen!!

As being the one person that is currently directly involved in both Fountain SVL's, they are 2 different boats altogether, just as the Micosukee(now known as Twisted Metal) is totally different from the Predator(most recently known as Global Warming) to the Instigator Super Vees are similar but totally different. The people piloting the different 30' SVL's are the biggest difference. 4BUS you will be very surprised. Yes Brian, who is the main setup guy for the first one will have nothing to do with the second one, but the new team has the talent in and out of the cockpit. Brian is in a world of his own and is amazing at what he does(look at what he did for OL...) but the new boat will come out a be competitive by approx the beginning of next season as DJ pointed out. No the new boat was not made under the supervision of "The King", however as Reggie pointed out, technology has advanced in the past 5 years. Another example is Xtreme pointing out about his kilo in his former 29 F1 at 87 and change. I now own that very same boat and the boat cruises around at 89(has gone 92) in kilo setup with less horsepower that it had with Xtreme and Reggie at the helm...Technology is a wonderful thing. 4bus, please give the new team a chance before you write them off with no chance.

Regardless of the new "Fountain", I only wish RF Marine the best as they are the talent and totally understand the disclaimer that is posted
