Baja 302s a good bit of room close to your requirements!!

I love my space!!! 33 ol, I can fit 54qt ice chest with cushion seats against each gunnel behind bolsters AND still have leg room for those sitting on bench!! Several people and kids can walk around and not trip over each other.
