Spring ,summer and fall there is no better place then Boyne City area. Some day I will winter in Marco Fl area or Clearwater area. Gave up on snowmobiles after loosing some friends. Enjoy snow shoeing with wife and dog. The dead of winter is very pretty. Someday own a houseboat in north and south and pay no property tax.

No crawlspaces. The front area will be a garage slab, the others will be basement slabs. Radon was an issue in PA, but not here in NC. Thanks for the heads-up.
