Fact is they LIED to me, and if you read all the posts I'm not the only one! It does not matter if it is 1 month or 5 years later, they lied and I called them out on it. Their reputation is not what it used to be. If you're going to do business that way, you deserve to be called out on it. End of story.
This was a lot of boat and trailer for less than 28K and we did the best we could at the time of the sale to assist you. We do reccomend every consumer get a structural and mechanical survey on boats they purchase.
When you bought the boat almost two years ago, the boat ran fine prior to delivery and we assume it ran fine up until recently. Again, we are sorry that now you feel you have been done wrong and are upset with us.
Yes, there was a re: from another customer on this thread that had an issue, I not only offered to fix what was a minor problem for him but offered to help with airfare. We are human and make mistakes and have good willed many of things over the years to the more than 1400 customers we have which many are on this board.
In this case, there was nothing we could do.
