Randy did build a 40 with 1350's a couple yrs ago. It was at the Miami Boat show. Very simple and beautiful boat, red with a real carbon fiber insert stripe on the side. 4-5 man with carbon fiber top on hydraulic lifts. Sold to a 78 y/o man some where near Mid East coast. Never did a top speed run, he just wanted to get in 160's very fast which it did.

Gorgeous boat! You really can't compare speed of a canopy to non canopy boat! Canopy way better aero and good for around 10 mph faster

Do you have any more pics, I always really liked this boat. And precision its not a canapy boat, it a pleasure boat with a removable top, very similiar to the ones on some of the outerlimits. Nothing structural to it. |

. It's just stupid for me to buy a boat that costs more than the lake house and dock where it sits :). Like buying a new corvette when you live in a trailer park.
