Two best were (seperate shops) Both HUGE dealers in the DFW area.
"It had props on it when you brought it in"? :lolhit: "She's good to go.....the whole shop stopped when I fired her up, sounds awesome". I went straight to the ramp from the shop and the MFER was hydrolocked....... |
"Giving me cash for that (unexpected) bonus was bullchit. You guys (business owners) always try to screw us."
That was one of my guys that I got rid of shortly after that statement. I Gave him a big wad of cash for a real good month. A great thank you, don't you think ? Idiot. |
Without even looking at my gf's car.
We just did one of those and it was expensive. |
I would be on the other end and could write for years about how stupid the boat owners are about their boats. Completely totally dumb about boats as I wonder why do they even own one and how do they make it through the day with having such little common sense about boats / engines / winterizations freezing temps / fuel / impellers / running without a water source. / storing / never reading the owners manuals / never buying a OEM service manual and trying to fix it with Bubba next door / googling repairs on the net and so on and so on. Anyways I would have you all beat by a long shot.

Dad was a wise man. He told me lots of things that stuck with me. A couple come to mind in this situation.
