OSO members I wanted to let you know that I appreciate all your
thoughts on this thread. On 8/30/2002 I received a check from Heidi at HTM in the amount of $500.00. A note on top of the check that read, more to follow ASAP and made reference to the
case number. Im hopeful it will be sooner rather than later.

Since when has Indianappolis been a hotbed of offshore boats???? Or manufacturers?? I've been to Indy MANY times and don't know of ANY water you could run my little 24 Baja in. And there are NO (at least to my knowledge) boat builders in Indy. So, MrOffshoreless, how is it you know so much??? You have asked Tinkerboater to tell you how he knows so much (and he does by the way as I have worked with him on SEVERAL projects on SEVERAL offshore boats) but you have not given us any indication that you actually know anything at all about boats except to badmouth nearly anyone who says they do. Fess up pal or go away.
I have been reading this thread since it started and have not posted, but just couldn't stay away any longer.
Oh and Rockstar, glad you seemed to have resolved your issue with HTM. Given the same circumstances I would have wanted my $$ back also.
