I think you meant Loverboy CD.... I switched out the Journey CD to see if it improves my WS-6's trap speeds in the 1/4. I hate Loverboy, but if I pick up .1 seconds in the 1/4, it's worth it.

Adam -- OK, that all makes sense in terms of value -- and yes that was OP's question...at the same time I know I wouldn't want to own a 50 ft boat... a lot of people think a 38 is too big for the boating they do. There does seem to be that movement away from big power as the newer lighter -- better bottom boats are hitting high speeds with mild merc power. but the guy who wants the nostalgia will pay a premium for that 30 year old hull...
