The bin says it was done in January of 99 so it is possible to be a leftover or a special order. I am calling fountain again tomorrow to run the numbers so there is no question. Also the title has the same #'s as well as th registration. Everything is legit there.

They stopped making 35 straight bottoms in 94/95 models, I highly doubt you could order a straight bottom in a '99 model, it must have been the "retro" package with old school paint & side by side seating.. Lol, but seriously a friend of mine had a 1990 that looks identical to your boat,

Just my .02....
Fred White @ White Performance and Machine are a great group of guys. They built my a 383 490hp for my Powerplay that got me to 75.3 mph this past spring and already racked up 30 hours or so on it. Couldnt be happier with it and I just sent out the prop to bblades for some work... we'll see where I end up.

Well here is some more interesting news. My engine covers are raised up and are not flush mounted .Basically the covers are flush with the rails around it.The guy I talked with said the boat must have come with blowers on it for them to be raised like they are. Tomorrow can't get here quick enough. Lol

Man, I got a feeling this is gonna to $hit in a hurry. Ebay Procomp headed motors, not making the claimed power, a late 80's early 90's 35 sold as a 1999, owner who doesnt know if he has steps or not in the hull, wtf.

Who said they are not making the power??being this is out first fountain I was unsure of what the step was? This is why I asked! I am learning more and more about the boat everyday thanks to some of you on here. A few others seem to know it all!

Another issue is HIN number looks normal. Any fountain owner knows they look like a kid who wrote their name in wet concrete....lol

I hope not for the OP. Even the unkowing don't deserve this schit.
If you are right, I will send you a free Chinese Ham Sammich on me. Hope you don't mind some aluminum casting flash broken off in it.
