Seems more like 550 hp at best, no step in hull either..... I would also like to see the build specs and dyno sheets, TQ carrys the boat more then top hp, 500Ci don't always make enough TQ. to carry a big prop...

By looking at the pictures of your boat, sure looks more like a 1989, than a 1999 35. It has the 1989 ish paint scheme. The double bolster on the driver side, and the gauge layout of the dash, also spells 1989 era, along with the non stepped hull.

Just seen the other pictures, I think Mild nailed it, what does the title say? Post a good picture of the drives and motors.

BTW

Some cool looking motors you have posted there.

That paint scheme was 89-92ish I believe on the 35.

Even without a step, the 35 is essentially a 10 meter bottom. With twin 650's, a 10 meter was a fast boat. Much faster than mid 70's.

I agree with MT. That scheme, and the side by side all date that boat. Interesting situation. Might wanna call fountain and see if you can get anymore info on it.

Well the boat was sold to us as a 1999 model. I did some research on here last night and found out where the other vin#s are at so I am going to look today at them and see if they match the vin on the back of the boat.
However at this point I do t think I really can do anything about it from who we bought it from. If confirmed it is a 89 model I will be giving the previous owner a call!!

Man that blows but they are still good solid hulls. What drives are on it?
