Why don't you own one then?

I think I've finally reached the point where I too am old and obsolete! I think I should celebrate somehow. Anyways, yeah, from 1997-2003, I probably participated in, watched, and viewed more Factory racing footage than anyone in the world. LOL. Those were great times, and like I said, the little Activators were great boats.

It's just to boaring of a ride for me. I mean if you can stand up in the boat and climb in the cabin get open the cooler and get another beer while doing 90+ in 2-3's its just not me. Not much excitement factor. So, I own one of the lightest poorly built illest handling Donzis ever made. Although my 2 year old goes to sleep in the back seat while doing 90 there is a little more going on in the front seats and your not getting in the cuddy at 90...

I have always wanted to ask those that have the knowledge, didnt the record setter appear to be running with a lot of hull in the water?

My Donzi ZRC was hands down the best all around v bottom I have been behind the wheel of . When talking about past boats ( warlock ,fountain, cigeratte ,eliminator) the ZRC is THE boat I compare all others to and it has been very hard to beat. Very predictable handling , flight and responsiveness .

I would say im down to a Gladiator and the ZRC. How do these two specific models stack up against each other if both were 525 boats? How about power packages, bigger HP engines worth the extra MPH for trouble and maintenance?

Let me comment only on the ejection video and f1 guys lapping f2. That activator got beat all year by a warlock and phantom in big water. The warlock beat at least 4 f2 boats that were running over 80s at end of race. Its been done just not by an activator. That was at worlds in key west.
