For sure, I have a 331 stroked Novi blown 94 Cobra.... such a fun car, I don't track this one...gave all that up years ago...mainly drag in the past, some road course with other Mustangs...this one is just a street toy....

My epoxied floor are not at all slick. I put a bunch of tiger grip clear sand in mine when I laid it. About 10 times as much as recommended...Try to slide across it wet and it will almost pull your hips out of socket from stopping so fast..And I only mixed the sand in with the clear coat...

Still a work is progress just finished the building 2 months ago. Seem to have a enough projects to keep me busy all winter. Finally have a place to work on the boat inside. I'm one of the young ones at 35 but have wanted this for a long time

Cool building, is that cheaper than regular construction? Those walls are insulated already? I like it!

It's similar to standard insulation just plastic sheeting on one side sandwiched between the R panel and the wall. I like it better than spray foam and way cheaper than spray foam. We don't need it that much down here but when its in the 20s at night you can heat it quickly.

The construction is cheaper it's all square tubing. Lucky down here we don't have snow weight issues usually. We just get nasty storms and such , its rated for 90mph wind. Let's hope that true I think my lifes savings is in there.

What's the cost. I'm in the market and have been looking. Yours is nice but not sure what kind of snow load it will support.

All in I have about $25k in it with electric and concrete. It's a 30x40 with 12 ft walls and two commercial grade doors 12x10.

Got lucky with a big shop with this house - even fits the bigger boat (barely).
