A few more up close pictures of the Evolution Trailer construction & attention to detail. As I mentioned we did a bunk fitting right at the ramp Fri before we ever left the dock.
What a tease, here I am sitting in my boat, floating w/ engines running & I can't go anywhere. It was well worth it though to ensure the UHMW bunks fit properly. No give in the UHMW like wood & carpet bunks so they must fit perfect.
One of my favorite features is the aluminum wedge built just ahead of the forward axle in case you drop the trailer off the end of a ramp. Hope not to ever utilize that feature BUT someone assisting me in the past helped me document the actual ramp length & it wasn't pretty.

Nascat I really appreciate you sharing this build process with us in such detail, most of us will never have the chance to experience a new custom ordered new build but it was great to see the process.
