Not 100% complete but doing a phenomenal job. I explained that I basically wanted to build a cover that would act somewhat like a bow rider cover. They went a step further & made it slip over the bow so I can actually tow w/ it on.
Added a little detail to the cabin too!

I think you are going to have a problem with water collecting on that cover when it rains.

Once it's pulled tight tomorrow, we'll know better whether it needs a center pole. It's 1 piece from bow to stern w/ 4 adjustable straps (like on a Lifeline or Ski Vest) at the stern to cinch it tight. My boat resides indoors so this cover will only get used when the boat is outside overnight or traveling with iffy weather. They're making me a a fitted protective sleeve to slide over the windscreen too.
All the buttons are mounted to the underside of the rubrail, bungie loops on the cover. NO SNAPS!!
There's also bungie cord sewn into the entire front area that is slip fitted over the bow & below the rubrail to keep the first 8-10' of cover taught & secure against the hull.

They don't even offer any boat services but they do employ a 10+ yr boat cover making veteran so since HMS is their largest customer (for car covers, cart covers, tents, pit wall banners, storage bags, etc, etc) they are doing me a favor. They basically have all the NASCAR team business in the area. In addition to the above they make window nets, heat shields, seat covers you name it. Quite a facility!

Finished product came out very nice. Fits very snug, didn't even tape the bow for the tow home although I barely ran 55mph. Definitely will tape for Interstate speeds.
It came w/ a pole for the bow but it's not installed in any of these pics. You can see 2 of the 4 adjustable straps that pull the entire cover rearward keeping it snug.
Installer patterned for a pillowcase style pullover sock for the windscreen, pick that up Mon.
