I had just gotten out when they got there, I had to pop up for air so i could go back down but they were on us already they were awesome. We had a canopy failure, broken windows, and I had no air, the canopy was full of water as we were rolling.

So by your description you were in the same position as Steve Page ???

You left your partner and got out because you had no air ..... Interesting .....

Absolute not I didnt run out of air supposedly never had because of our situation with the canopy failure. They didnt have the same situation.

But you can make your own conclusion.

Now I can't come up with a conclusion because you stated you had to pop up for air and now you say you didn't run out of air ??

They didn't have the same situation ? Are you saying there were no divers in the tunnel when Page came out of the hatch ?

If I rember this right. The diver didn't have a knife. No one that was first on the crash sight could cut the belt. Geico gave out free belt cutters an Safty traning. Now that's stepping up an trying to help the sport. What about the helmets in Big Thunder. Seems there was talk about that? Too many racers died that weekend. Jmo

Ok Tim u and I can play this game a little longer.

They didnt have the same situation because Steve had air , and I didnt have air from the very beging I didnt run out of air supposedly like Steve did.
That should answer both questions. He stated with air I didnt, thats how the situation was different. Plus his canopy wasnt full of water immediately like our different situation. Got it.

A spare air bottle that only allows for a limited number of breathes ? Apparently the full time air system is useless once you are unbuckled and freeing yourself from the harnesses if I read correctly ....
You are so willing to answer so many questions about Page, but still ignore the question of whether or not there were divers in the tunnel when Page exited the hatch?
And how is it you did not have air from the very beginning ? Where was your spare bottle?

I am just trying to get a better understanding as to you left your partner in the boat and the divers had to get him out, but you bash Page for getting out of the cockpit for air and hoping to find help on the other side of the hatch?
