He settled. That was not this deal.
Thank you. I guess it makes it ok to steal from me because I plead guilty to stealing. The difference is I paid back what I plead guilty too. Please note that the amount stolen from my company by Mr.Bashant exceeds what was stolen from Garvey and run through my company to hide the thefts from me by Mr Bashant.

Jezus Christmas on a fckin hoverboard powered by nuclear biscuits.....could this be any more of a cluster fck? I wish I had never EVER seen a pic of a cool new boat with a logo of MY cool old boat on it. I'm going down to Bass Pro and buying an aluminum fishing boat and calling it good. The ghosts of powerboat row will forever haunt us all. Does anyone have a link to a good sailboat forum?

Just make sure they didn't use repossessed aluminum forms

I'm not busting any balls. I have no agenda. I like boats. It's February. I really like the looks of the decks on those Active Thunders,

Boat deal was made in February of 2011. I worked/volunteered for Frisini from mid Oct 2011 thru Dec 2011. After receiving zero compensation I returned to the car business.

Chuck I do sympathize with what you have been through. I guess it looks like I am being a dick and I apologize for that. Was not my intention but you have to admit you added a HUGE amount of "grey area" to the situation. I hope everything gets resolved and you get back on the water. My interest got peaked with the photos and reports from Miami, but after digging through all this, not many would be brave enough to start writing checks to Frisini. Sonic has an interesting history and some devoted followers (we like to go fast AND stand up to pee!) but the current owners have some 'splaining to do.

Well once again ladies and gentlemen we have a real good thread about sonic cats that was really enjoyable to read and it was nice to see a new manufacture in an already struggling business and then you have a couple bozos bringing the dirt in... Guys we don't give a fxxk about this guy stealing cars or whatever. Take this bull**** somewhere else.. We were enjoying ourselves reading and seeing pictures about this new sonic..Thank you.
