I want to hear your story at 65mph when you get pasted by a tractor trailer. I went from Jersey to NH last month with a Formula (6500/7000 lbs) and a Tahoe Talk about white knuckles . Even in my wifes words " You should think about getting something bigger when we get home".But you know want that means...then I can get a BIGGER boatHeHeHe

Jim-

I'm guessing that I'm going to be sipping my GreyGoose Cosmo while we wait for you in Havasu. It takes awhile for the wrecking crew to show up and trailer your boat out to Havasu for you.

When we traided our 272Baja in for a 42Fountain and this is all I had at the time...94GMC Yukon.
It was very scary on the down hills, our Excursion does much better.
I have seen a guy pull his 38 PowerQuest with a 6cyl. Jeep Larado...thats nuts!
Good Luck!

I know a couple that tow there 39ft Sutphen all over with a Suburban diesel. And if you do the homework on the H2 it is a Suburban 3500 with a 400 big block. I was talking to a guy that has one She has the bigger wheels and bigger brake set up. The H2 actually pulls alot better then the H1.
Should be interesting!

OK guys, I have an H-2 myself and a Excursion. and F-350 dually. I tow a 45' Sonic with my dually, The 30' Spectre with my Excusion and Jet Skis with my H-2. The H-2 is really cool but not set up for real towing. I don't care how much power you have in the H-2 it's nothing compared to towing with my dually, length and width, If in doubt go to any Poker Run or the races and see what gets the boats there safely time and time again, DUALLY'S You agree?

I hate to see people smoke crack. It really messes up there sense of judgement. I'll be watching Bent Boat also.

This could be the begining of one of those boat ramp mishaps that you see on Americas Funiest Home Videos where the boat drags little hummer in the water.
