My insurance policy (Foremost) specifically states - We do not insure loss caused by conversion, secretion, or theft of your watercraft while it is in the care, custody, or control of any person engaged in the business of selling it.

This could get ugly for several other owners quickly.

I posted the same thing on the other thread in buyer beware. Tim played it up as he was innocent and did everything he could to help Chuck, but it sure makes you wonder now. Frisina has a lot of skeletons, dont get me wrong, but it certainly seems like the guilt could be spread some in Chucks deal.

Tim is shady. I know too many people that have not had savory dealings with him. When he was just in Oregon the deals where getting shady then he moved....my guess is he was feeling heat then. That's why he relocated for a fresh start. I am glad my bull**** meter went off years ago during my first meeting with him. I bought from someone else because I felt he could not be trusted. He reminds me of Mr Warnock...although Tim has never killed anyone from their own greed like he did.
