St clair has been successful no matter who ran it .
SBI has been, and is continuing to promote via media .( past is past )
I know for a fact that TVcoverage IS what SBI is working very hard to bring to a reality .
It takes time .this year was better than last year and so next year will be better than this year
Starting another new org , is what some of you enjoy doing .doesn't seem to work tho .
Anyway lets see how these three shows go ,then move forward from there .

yes it can but this is what I have talked about with the rose colored glasses. when you watch a show it needs to be made for the people that dont know anything about it and do not know yet they have an interest. the die hard fans will always watch because that is what they want to do. you have to build the audience to a much bigger base and the shows I have seen in the past were too boring for someone to just decide to continue watching. editing with enough raw footage can result in a great show but you have to have the footage. every turn boat, support boat, in boat and chopper footage. then you can build a show.
one of the things that really made me understand this was an interview with country singer Clint Black. they asked him "how do you know if a song will succeed?" he said you have 15 seconds. in that first 15 seconds you decide to continue listening or change the station. after that I started watching the technical side of NASCAR and other sports. how long will you see the same camera angle? no more than 10-15 seconds and then it goes to another camera. why? your brain thinks something is going on because the camera changed. this goes back to what I said about you have to make it seem interesting to get people to pay attention. can an exciting show be put together, absolutely, but it takes someone with outside the box thinking to get the attention of those not already excited to see it.

Or the snips from the new shows.

Maybe I didn't say it right ,I,ll try again.
In the past couple of years SBI has seen the value in broadcasting and is heading that direction whole hearted .sorry it did not happen
during youre watch .*( ive been screaming TV since the first race I saw back when )
However they really are trying very hard to get a tv friendly view of the races .
This year the footage was edited to do just as you suggest ,so lets see how these show,s
turnout and go from there .

Thanks Tony, Editing credits go to Chris Lamorte. 2014 we did a lot of demos for people using the Replay XD mini, which is priced at a cool $140! which you can buy 3 for the price one Go-Pro. which in turn gives you 3 angles vice one. They are small like a lip-stick container, can be mounted to helmets to give one the POV. as well as easy to use.

Without a gate like other sporting events, offshore has to solely depend on sponsorship. With net work TV there is a good chance SBI will attract some major sponsors. If that's the case you will see some changes. If not offshore shall continue as it is and always has been.

If as many folk,s show up as they did the last few seasons ,then I agree sarasota will be just fine.
I was always working during that race so I never really got into town to see what else the event was as a whole .
I did get the idea though from what I,ve read here ,that the boat race wasn't the main event .
I guess you had all kinda family stuff goin, on . that,s always a good thing.
