Thanks. Kinda what i figured. Worst part of this deal is not being able to open the dam door. My car is in there (somehow the door didnt hit it) so im stuck driving my truck everyday now to work till the insurance co. Does something about the door. Im to scared to open for fear it will fall out the tracks and land on either my car or the already beaten up boat. It litterly bent 6 of the rollers in half. I have it wired and ratchet strapped back to the track to keep it somewhat secure.

she does feel horrible.

"The best things in life aren't things" in 6 months you'll look back and laugh... won't mean a thing but a memory.

Glad she's ok.

For the future make sure you know when wife is coming home and get out of the garage just in case it happens again. Could be worse changing drive oil when it happened. lol.

Yep, sh*the happens. Many years ago a half grown Irish Wolfhound puppy of mine took a large bite out of a spoiler on a sports car of mine. I was not pleased but later we laughed about. He did turn out to be a great dog both as a companion and a show dog.

I agree, this stuff just happens. Years ago my wife back the Jeep into the BMW in the driveway, totaled $6,000 combined damage. I laugh now.

Shortly after my wife moved in with me, I backed her shytbox Nissan into a 4' signpost at the end of our drive. I got out and laughed, but she didn't. She asked why I thought it was funny. Told her that signpost has been made from genuine samurai sword material and her car just attempted ritual suicide out of shame. Shortly thereafter, we went and bought a new signpost. And a Mustang. Because 'Murica.

There is no doubt your wife feel horrible as would mine if she did the same thing. The only difference is your wife stuck around. Mine would put the car back in drive, pull away and just keep going. I guess that puts me in more of a bad light then her though.
