Slow down man... Once Dan officially becomes a beak-boy, the value of that old Cigarette will be cut in half. He may even give it away to some charitable foundation for tax purposes. Haven't you read the Fountain vs. Cig threads here, and "The Art of the Deal" by President Trump?

Edit: I just did Tim a HUGE favor and sent Dan's contact information to "Bob from Dearborn", he'll haggle with Dan to get Tim the best price. They're both in the HVAC biz so I'm certain they'll be fast friends.

(Kidding! I wouldn't wish that "negotiation" on Dan)

I wouldn`t be sending deposits if my boat wasn`t sold.
The new owner decided to buy with power , just waiting on some final details and transport.
Tim would be bored, my engines run way too good

Last week I had to tow it to my buddys shop for a survey... for the last time..

The new owner has some serious power planed for her , gonna be SICK!

Hoping for some relatively trouble free 496HO boating hours.
Good survey then sea trial plus New Haul rite trailer, Seadek, wet sand and buff she should be good to go.

Congratulations
If I can offer you some unsolicited advice I would say, put a hard stop after the buff and seadek and just enjoy, its a beautiful boat that many dream about having, resist the its to improve. Cheers
