Between all the shallow spots, markers and weird huge cement markers that area is kinda scary to navigate first time . Asking the locals where the shallow spots are everyone tells a different tale . Boating there, I was on edge thinking at anytime I`m going to run aground rip my drives off.
Lake Michigan , 10 yards off the shore you`re safe and you go anywhere you want without worry, not sure how that JetSki lake is that Phil boats on ..

So Phil bring a map, you`ll have time to read it while Tim catches up.

That's how it is around here but in some spots you can be 1/2 mile off shore in the gulf and you will find yourself high and dry on a shallow sandbar that seems to come up out of no where.
