Prime example of a local boat that illustrates your point. A 28' single engine boat for $130K?! RUFKM?!
http://www.boattrader.com/listing/20...-slx-102782341 Sold the rat thing 3 years later for 60k. Had 31 hours use, and stored behind the dealers showroom on trailer under cover all its life. RR |

That was a bit older boat than I read into your post. My bad.
I dont follow Sunsation as well as you do but back around 2000 they had their specials as well,,you were able to get a 288 for around 70k and a twin engine 32 for 99k ,,like I said I dont follow Sunsation so I might be off a little but not much.. |

I hear that about paychecks all the time. Is this really true? Maybe I'm lucky but in the mid 90's I was at a junior level in my field, now I am at a senior level and making 3-4x what I was making then. 1995 in my area, 200K for a house was HUGE. Now, you would be hard pressed to find a decent house for 200K.
they makine 3-4x more now ? |

I am 35 and had all of 2 raises in my life (been working since I was 15) and at one job I was at for 8 years the entire company had 3 years of consecutive pay cuts for any employee (top to bottom) if you didn't sign off on it then you were let go. (year 3 is when I left). Sh*t isn't easy out there that's for sure. |
