Just replaced an Opti in my boat it had an 07 date on it, I have an onboard 3 bank AGM charger so a blue top went back in. This is my first go with the Optima's so we'll see how it works out.

Deka or Optima Bluetop, but don't really know the differences in terms of what offshore boats require. For example, the Optimas on this page (https://www.optimabatteries.com/en-u...e-and-starting) are twice the price of the Dekas on this one (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Deka-12-Vol...ttery/50183761), but I don't even know if these are comparable besides the CCA.

I agree, I have installed them in both my boat and travel trailer. They are Interstate brand and this year the 11 month old pair in my trailer had lost some of their ability to charge due to me not unhooking them and Costco replaced both no questions asked for free.
