Not really Hell-bent as you claim, but wondering why you and so many others completely ignore the facts that there were many others involved in this mess. Everyone has a fixation on Jeff...like he did all of this solo. Many are quick to bad mouth Jeff...why can't you bad mouth all the other players? What are you people afraid of...the other players? Why can't you check out what I said...it isn't that hard to verify. Either look it up because it is public record or just ask the other players. There is only one person you can't ask and that is Angelo...and sorry to say, he lost his life in an accident.
As for the amount of money paid out to stay out of jail...again...ask the other players. I think, if I remember correctly as to what I was told...Jimmy Winters paid around 1.2 mil to stay home. And there were more than 10 players. So many here are quick to jump on me or Jeff thinking you know something, but the reality is only a hand full of people here know as much about the whole ordeal as I do. They can speak up or not, but they do know.
Jeff paid a high price over this and he has paid his debt. Why can't you people understand that and go about your business...and again, why can't you whine about the other players?

I am just aghast and absolutely blown away that there can be people of a nefarious nature in todays offshore community. Never before have the likes of incorrigible, malcontented criminals with total contempt of the law infiltrated the world of powerboating. To think this can happen in todays society, its just mind boggling

He realizes someone would see his advertisement and say something but he also realizes he made his mistake and needs to get back on track and earn a living. He's very good at what he does. He also realizes that most of the people with negative comments have never met him nor know the real person he is

Jeff would not have nearly as many haters if it was not for sloanaker "defending" him. Your "defenses turned into me asking to get my original screenname deleted as you and Alec attacked and insulted me and my family because I said nobody would go to jail but Jeff. I sill have screenshots of all the attacks in photos saved since most posts were deleted later.
Oh lets not forget the stories of sloaker flying to New York for the trials and having inside info and knowing everybody was getting sent away and now that 10 people paid 5 million dollars.

Ok, you guys convinced me......I'm doing a finance deal with Bill Hionas to build a new Pantera or Sonic and I'm going to have Oregon Custom Marine handle everything but I am going to insist on Slonaker built secret race motors, a Darr engineered polycarbonic windscreen and I want Outlaw transport to pick the boat up in Florida, then drive to Texas to pick up the motors, then stopover at LOTO for the Darr parts and rush deliver the whole package to JC Performance in NY to assemble everything and rig those massive Texas race motors! I have a connection for custom parts/gauges from a guy named Fred, everything he promises is really Trick stuff.
I have to finance the deal because my money manager Bernie Madoff doesn't return calls. I'm stuck over here in the Bahamas at Fyre Fest waiting for the private jet to come get me but I was told it was heading to Nigeria to pick up a Prince and his millions that he is smuggling out of the country. I sure hope this all comes together quickly because I might start building custom boats and selling them through this guy named Mike Vorce out of Michigan since he has a lot of connections in the high performance boat business........ Did I miss anyone?
