What bbq type of tool/equipment to use to flip a boat?

Probably a dumb idea, but...
What if you were to lift the bow of the boat straight up so the it is pointing in the air like a rocket ship on the launch pad, then lower it down with the deck on the underside.
Maybe hard to do with a 30 foot boat, but I have flipped massive injection molds over this way.
