As you see here the transom is done and we need to cut the holes for the #6 drives bellhousing. That is the problem we have now. I am looking to see if there is any one in this community that is willing to travel to Guadalajara Mexico and cut the holes and do the xdimensions to instal the #6 drives. After that we can do the rest. We can pay your airfare and $1500 usd per day. This project is a sad situation, never even drov the boat........ and only spending money and begging for help will fix it.
Does the $1500 USD per day include per diem? How many hours per day do you expect?

Hello, the 1500$ is about a 8 hour day.We pay your flight to Guadlajara and your stay in the RIU hotel a high quality hotel, someone will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the warehouse everday and we provide lunch beer whatever you need. The main thing is we need to cut the transom and put the outdrives with proper xdimensions, pay in cash. After that we can do the rest. I dont think it would be more than a few days work. The boat now has almost no value without fixing it so we are very motivated. The drives are #6 drives and the transom is about 2 3/4 inch thick

I believe Mercury sells a Jig to drill the holes and cut the the cutout. All you need is a drill, drill bit, hole saw bit, and a jig saw.
