Seems a bit high. Maybe on twins.

Now that we have about 50hrs driving our 2022 NT340 w Trip Racing 300R in all different conditions - glass flat to 6ft nasty pattern stuff coming around Montauk and Block Island - I would love to speak with someone who has had real seat time under a variety of conditions in both a 340 and 390.

Don't need any more speed, we usually don't run over 65mph but would love the ability to run 50-55mph in 2-3ft and the 340 can do it safely but I would not say totally comfortably.

Is that the sweet spot of the 390? Also ran to NYC yesterday next to a 222 Invincible 40ft cat w quad Verado 400R but it's such a serious fishing machine it seems you give up a ton of amenities like the pretty spacious and usable cabin, wrap around bow seating w forward facing built in backrests (huge for my use case) and NT has such an amazingly high end fit and finish I am not sure if others are same. Invincible probably yes but more industrial and less sport luxury it seems.

Anyway, if you guys have helm time in both 340 and 390 and or MTI 42 or Formula 380 SSC w trip 450Rs (anyone ever run that?) and have 10m for a quick call shoot me a pm. Thanks all.

Also, real quick one. On the 390 w cooler in tucked in / stores position, can you still open enough to grab a drink? Or do you have to pull it out even to crack it open enough to grab a can?

what kinda top end do you get? does it cruise with the 300r at 55 mph what rpm's. i have a 2022 340with trip 400.
