How do you take the salt off the prop?

Vinegar has hardly any impact on the deposits I've dealt with out here (2nd saltiest water on the planet and coral everywhere) even used full strength and reapplied over and over .
Skip right to the real thing and use a proper acid based cleaner . . poof and it's gone !
