First things first, try jumping the solenoids.
BIGSLOW is correct.
Green wire is for down (green, grass, down)
Blue wire is for up (blue, sky, up)

It does seem a little odd that both are not working, but it could happen.

Tip: IF you are going to replace a trim solenoid, replace BOTH of them on the pump, up and down. 3 bolts pulls out the 2 solenoids. If one is dead, the other is likely not far behind, and they are cheap my boat parts standards. Keep the spare, used, good one on board in case of emergency or to toss to a friend if needed.

Are you using the "trailer" switches on the dash and have you tried the trim button on the side of the throttle?

I'd assume solenoids as well.

Also check backside of trim switches. Possible the ring terminals popped off the switch, but odd for it to do on both....

You also seem to have problems with starting this boat (other thread). Why not pay a marine or good auto mechanic to come look at it for 2 hours? May save you days of aggravation?....

The trim button on the throttle does the same thing .. Does not go down but goes up ... Same with the dash switches...
