VRAR topped out at $16/12. Sold off hard in the after hours as the scummy financers got wind of VRAR shopping a private placement. They short the stock knowing it'll tank when the placement pr hits. It hit this am. Selling shares at $10 along with warrants. I hate that ****. VRAR could have well be trading $20's this am on excitement of FB changing their name and focus to the Metaverse. But that's how it goes. That's why you always take some off on huge spurts to the upside. The main purpose of Wall St is for companies to have access to capital to fund operations and growth. Just sucks when one of yours does a bad raise and it kills the momentum

VRAR has had a really impressive climb back from that crummy $10 private placement. Really impressive to claw all the way back to the $16's. today.. I sold a bunch on the first run up to $16 but am still holding 4k shares at the moment as it could go a ways with al the focus FB has brought to the AI and the Metaverse.
I recently opened up a fund for my 16 yr old. After following your trades he calls you “The Time Traveller”😂

Some other positions I am in. TDAC is a spac merging with Lottery.com. The shareholder vote is today. The merger will be approved. New symbol Monday LTRY. Allows players to participate in lotteries via the internet. Already in 40 countries, already has revenue. Could be a nice story stock, small public float. IN around $14.
FPAC is another spac merging with a Peter Theil backed Crypto Fintech company somewhat similar to BKKT. 20222 might be the year of Crypto. Trading mid $10's
XPDI is another Crypto holding and mining company trading 11.s
FYI SPAC were hot as hell at the beginning of the year - then were absolutely hated and left for dead. Some of the good ones, like BKKT are being seen for their real potential. But sentiment can change in a heartbeat and they can be out of favor again in a heartbeat. Fair warning.
Previously mentioned VRAR tried another break out the other day and failed. Fell to low 9's and is working its way back up. Sexy story that just hasn't caught on yet. AI and Metaverse play. FB just announced that they are investing $10B in the Metaverse. Zuck things it's future.
