Ok sorry to intrude on the thread...but is the merc 450R going to give you the same power (Feel ,take off, and speed) as a 350,396,454,502,525,etc motor with 450 hp...other than ease of maintenance on an OB. And the rumble of a big block what’s the biggest difference pros and cons. And once again sorry for asking here. feel free to move me elsewhere

That is IMPRESSIVE!!! Is that the 30 or 34? If it’s the 34 I imagine the 30 will be even faster!! These outboards are taking ease of maintenance and speed to a whole new level.

Very impressive for sure! I know Dale is one heck of a driver.
VTX36. I know that Victory Powerboats West calls it a 36 because it measures almost 36'.
