Are you all running the Holley efi distributor or does it matter?

Not necessary to run the Sniper but it does allow you to add more features. I’m running a DUI unit for ignition but it doesn’t interface with the Holley features at all.

I run the Holley distributor made for the sniper. Makes it easy to dial in spark when you just type in what you want. But it isn’t necessary.

Looks very similar how mine would have to be set up. What kind of fuel pump are you using. I have blue Holleys. U think those would work

No, not at all. You will need EFI fuel pumps that can maintain min 43psi. I'm installing AEM 400's with my Holley HP EFI fuel system.

I've been going back and forth between the Sniper EFI and a new Quickfuel 800cfm carb on my stock 96 454 Mag that currently has a Holley 750 and electric fuel pump.

The system alone and the carb aren't that too far apart in price so no big deal. The only reason I'm hesitant is some negative comments on a few FB sites from some good, and prominent marine engine builders who I've seen post on this site.

I plan on trying to do some more research as it's going to be a winter project anyways.

Looking forward to hearing more info in this thread.

Not EFI, just meant to show sensor location

I wasn't confident in welding bungs in my risers so I made spacers
