Up here, any water that makes it into the wood will cause it to rapidly deteriorate due to the freeze thaw cycles (which can occur many times in one season). Unless you can water test it and inspect it for rot, I personally wouldn't pay anything for it. Even at a zero dollar purchase and do all the labour yourself you will need to have at least $50,000.00 available to restore it. Assuming the engines are ok
