I love the history of the 38 Cigarette Top Gun and all but who aspires to purchase a new side-by-side 38 Top Gun knowing the 39 Top Gun is a better boat with the full stagger? Yet the 39 Top Gun isn't even offered on their site? I don't get it? Maybe they don't really want to build Top Guns and are only throwing that Anniversary Edition out there for the history.
