Back to this topic. I'd also like to hear more about it. As I'm reading it, MSPR is a combination of LH and Ruiz's group. (Per link below) That said, it sure seems like the IPO didn't work out in their favor.

Them #6 supercharged boats are fun but last summer I ran a 19' jet boat and had just as much fun if not more nd spend a 1/3 of the money on gas and breakdown (because there were none)
Pretty stress free.
Liked it so much we upgraded , I can see the advantage of egg beaters ( I think theyre reliable right?) especially not haviing to fit into a bilge. These Yamaha motors in the jet boats are pretty bullet proof.

As much as I hate to say it, I almost bought a new twin engine 27ft (whatever the biggest one is) Yamaha jet boat instead of my 32SSR. It made more sense for out type of boating in Illinois lakes but my kids are teens and I want to do poker runs with them. In ten years, i can see myself getting one of them or a twin engine toon when I'm too old for an offshore boat and my kids are off building their own lives after college.

WaveRunner or jet boat, Yamaha makes one hell of a great product. The value proposition of a Yamaha jet boat is tough to beat—and yeah, they are a blast to drive.

yep, different world foresure, unfortunatly what will appeal to the current crop of sub 40 year olds could and will be much different and prob will be when and IF they can afford likes of a Camero, or a second lake place for a boat or a coal burning F350 to tow a big V-bottom. They are being herded into a culture that will and are frowning at what our generations liked. Harley Davidson is an example as there not likely to raise the blood pressure of desire like the used too in certain age groups. With the corp world pushing all this woke BS, EV's, inclusion and the higher educated (they think) that clings to this pronoun/gender nonsense we may be at the apex now and don't know it with respect to high performance boating, big blocks and many products that are petrolium based. An economic demographic shift has taken place in this country in the last 24-30 months and while the new ownership at CRT has not presented itself very well its now a new reality. I am blessed to have a boat and our desires or dreams have become reality with muscle cars, boats and/or other toys but the new reality for many a middle to upper middle class will just be making enough to pay next months bills.

From a bigger perspective, just about anything they make is top notch. Their musical instruments are top tier. I hope my 300s are the same.
