Default Gantry Crane Suggestions

Hi, Looking to purchase a 1 ton gantry crane. They range from $675- $850. Problem is the width is shy and won't fit around my fountain. They come at 94" and I think I need 120". Height ground to rail is 77". I think the height of 12' would be fine?
Any suggestions on the make model. under $1000 or how to extend the top beam. There seems to be a steel plate welded to the top beam for mounting..1.5 foot longer beam brings this project up to $3000.even though I am only still lifting 750lbs.
Thanks in advance

I built my own here in Hawaii. Couple hundred pre-pandemic wood prices.

had a buddy (a fellow boat owner and he’s a paramedic) help me. Be safe and if you can’t build one, spend the extra cash and stay alive. I’d much rather have a metal one but I can’t get one here. I may make one out of metal next time..,now that I have a welder. But if it’s a one of use… maybe cheaper. Or look into renting one.

Build your own https://www.midwestboatparty.com/for...9s-do-it-again

Or hire a tow truck with a long boom to come lift the engine(s) out

Checked on renting a forklift yesterday with pick up and delivery with one day rental $675. So I have to do this twice and only have one day to do it in, I think I'd rather go with the gantry Crane and extend the beam.

Any welding shop can widen the beam for a few bucks
