Plus, a jetski is 10 pounds of sh!t in a 5 pound bag. Will be fun to work on a gas-electric hybrid.

while I don’t agree with the approach for cigarette to bring pwc’s to market (think it cheapens the brand)…there is undoubtingly a market for them.
think of the many yacht owners with jet ski’s for instance. which now that I think of it…many yachts have low end spark sea doo’s and old Yamahas. Nevertheless there is a market.
cigarette isn’t looking to sell tens of thousands of them..they don’t need too.
the most interesting thing for me would be what do they plan to use for an engine/power train. Are they partnering with someone for a one off design. Or are they re-purposing a Yamaha/rotax engine. If it’s the latter…I think the interest level would be low.
would be cool to see concept art and specs…

I read $27K for the jet ski, not $37k
All electric would be cool as hell, plug in to shore power to recharge. All the tq all at once . No messing with oil changes and combustion engine breakdowns. Not surprised they have a bunch of deposits already.
Can take way more abuse than a combustion engine. Batteries and a motor , simple.

Found what I was looking for in different videos from the show. Caught some glimpses of the new cruiser - looks like it will be dubbed the 65 Stealth. I was less interested but still curious about the PWC's, so I guess now it's just wait and watch.
