Troutly was a cop now in the slammer for 1 yr. Got caught doing his 13 yr old niece Denied everything here till the court date. Ended up crying in front of the judge saying the stress of the job made him do it. 
He collects tax payers lifetime pension of 50-60k a year
A sad final blow, his niece just got killed by a drunk driver few months back.
How's that. What a Fuc@in Jag-Off.

Many espousing a higher moral authority have been laid low when the light of true reality is shown. Some have no known limits to hypocrisy.
Benny might have been a drug dealer and questionably a murderer...but he didn't claim to be a choir boy. Arronow phucked a lot of people over and who knows who really did the deed.
However, reading this chit is entertaining. Kind of like watching monkey's trying to open a pringles can.
