DCB's are know for high quality rigging, but you can get an Eliminator rigged to the same standards.
The Skater I just bought is in a different class than the DCB's I owned IMO. They are built for different purposes.

The few Nortechs I've seen didn't impress me with the hull and deck fit. Is anyone even racing any, or do they just power the crap out of them for poker runs and just plain having fun?
I have been to the Skater plant twice, once in the late 80's and two years ago, I was blown away by the attention to detail. It would be cool to have an MTI plant tour.

We just over power them so us a fun loving guys with a personalities can keep up with those Skater, OL, and MTI guys.

Nortech's 36 For the size, comfort, styling and cabin of the 36, which is actually 38'-2" and 10'-6" beam its very fast, It runs 140mph on stock mercury 850's, just how much faster is an Skater or MTI, O by the way I forgot about price, pull out your wallet and open it more for these two.

I am a NorTech fan but be honest, if the 36 ran 140 then how long can it maintain it and what conditions can it run that speed. I get sick of people quoting a one time speed with 1/16tank of fuel and one person on board on glass speeds. Oh, did I forget, downstream? And as for price, first of all they are all very expensive and the purchase price for a 43 Supercat and a 44 MTI are less than 10% with Potter motors vs. Sterling power (both 1150).Just my .02
